"Customer service that honestly saved my day"
I had a small issue with my order and expected the usual back-and-forth nightmare, but they replied so fast I was genuinely shocked. They sorted everything out with zero hassle, and they were so nice about it too. it felt like a tiny customer service miracle.

"Pretty much what I expected, in a good way"
I ordered from royal-therapy.com because I had a feeling the quality would be decent for the price, this kind of confirmed that for me. The material feels soft and not cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve used it a few times now and it seems to be holding up well, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I did take off one star because I pictured it being a little thicker, but overall I’m still happy with it and feel like my first impression was right.

"Made a noticeable difference for my neck and back"
I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, and it’s not, but after using it for a few nights I did notice my neck pain was a lot better. My back feels a bit more comfortable too. Overall, I’d say it was worth trying and I’m glad I bought it...

"Decent for what I paid, but I wasn’t blown away"
I ordered from royal-therapy.com, and my experience was average overall. From my point of view, the product is fine and does what I needed it to do, but it didn’t really feel especially high-end or premium to me.
For the price, I’d say it’s okay, though I personally feel like I’ve seen similar items for less elsewhere. Shipping was smooth and nothing went wrong, so I don’t have any major complaints, but I also didn’t feel like I got an amazing deal. I’d give it 3 stars.

"It helps a little, but nothing crazy!!!"
I’ve been using it for a bit my sleep is a little better some nights!!! But it’s not like a miracle fix or anything!!! There are still mornings where my neck feels stiff, which is kind of disappointing!!! For the price, I think it’s okay, just not a huge game-changer for me!!!

Returning it was easy, and my refund came through without any hassle. Support got back to me quick enough and clearly told me what steps to take. Overall, I’m happy with how the whole thing went.

"Setup was painless"
I got everything set up without much hassle, which I really appreciate. The steps were clear enough that I didn’t have to bother support, it’s just nice when something works the way it should without making you jump through hoops. I did spend a few minutes trying to find one setting, but overall it was simple, straightforward, and worked fine

It got here maybe a day or two later than I was hoping, but the box was in good shape when it arrived. I checked everything over and didn’t see any damage, so I’m happy with it overall

"Actually helped my back"
Got this pillow from royal-therapy.com. Mainly for some extra support because my back and neck were always stiff in the morning. It’s been better since using it. Not perfect magic or anything, but definitely more comfortable. Delivery was fine too. Simple experience. It just does what I needed it to do.

I went with the medium-firm option, i think it’s a great pick for anyone who wants support without feeling like they’re sleeping on something rock hard. It’s not too firm, but it’s definitely not soft either. It took me a couple of nights to adjust, but now I wake up with my back feeling better. I can see a lot of customers being happy with this one if they’re looking for that balanced feel.

"Felt a little pressured choosing the size"
I ordered from royal-therapy.com the sizing was just okay for me. I felt a bit pressured to pick the right one because I was going off the size chart, but it didn’t end up being as accurate as I expected. The item still fit well enough to use, so it’s not a total miss, but it does run a little small in my opinion. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I’d probably size up. Not terrible, just wish the sizing info was clearer.

"Definitely sleeps cooler than my old one"
I bought this because I kept waking up way too hot, and it has helped. I was going to say it keeps me cool all night, but not exactly — it’s more like the temperature stays steadier and I’m not waking up sweaty like before. It’s not ice cold or anything, just more comfortable. Took me a couple nights to get used to it, but overall I’m happy with it. Giving it 4 stars because it’s good, just not perfect when the room is really warm...

"Pretty solid for motion isolation"
I ordered this from Royal Therapy mainly because my partner tosses and turns a lot during the night, and I’d say it definitely helped. I don’t notice every little movement anymore like I did with our old mattress, which is kind of exactly what I was hoping for. If they get up quickly, I can still feel a bit of motion, so it’s not totally perfect, but overall I’m sleeping better. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because the delivery took a little longer than expected.

"Took longer to air out than I expected"
Overall, the item is fine and feels decent enough for what I was expecting, but the smell right out of the package was stronger than I thought it would be. It had that chemical/plastic odor that was noticeable and not very pleasant.
I left it by a window for a few days, and it did improve, but I could still catch the smell at night. It’s not bad enough that I’d call it a deal breaker, but I was expecting it to air out faster than it did.

"Edges are actually solid"
I mean, I sit on the side of the mattress a lot, like probably more than I should, and it really doesn’t sink down all that much. The corners aren’t, you know, totally perfect or anything, but it’s still way better than my old mattress.
